The use of the website and services provided by Fuel Nation. are hereby governed by the following terms and conditions. (“Terms of Use”) are applicable to use the website including plausible policies which are then incorporated by the way of reference. If a person makes any sort of transaction on the website, then the person is automatically viable to all the policies that are applicable to the website for such kind of transactions. By mere use of the Website, the person shall be contracting with Company and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute the binding obligations with the Website.

SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of Fuel Nation is solely chargeable. Our standard delivery time is 24 hours upon order placement. However,  maximum delivery is three days. We have a tied up with the courier agencies for international deliveries. One week is the standard domestic delivery and it takes 15 days+ for international delivery. Specifically for the international deliveries, in terms of FOB, we will share the transportation charges to the customer if they agree the company will get the clearance done. For the EX-Workshop delivery, the company will be sharing the shipping charges and freight handler’s details to move forward.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT & PROCESS

While you are browsing our Fuel Nation, we always collect one IP address to learn about one’s browser and operating system. When one makes a purchase from our store it creates an account on our website, there we ask for personal information such as name, contact number, e-mail address, and the information is submitted knowingly and voluntarily. During the completion of the transaction via Credit/Debit card, PayPal or any other third-party facility, we might ask you for their details which are stored temporarily until the processing of the payments. Furthermore, we might use such information to notify you with further services, updates and new products via email. In case you are not interested in receiving the emails, you can unsubscribe via a link provided in the mail or by contacting Fuel Nation at sales@fuelnation.app.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

We accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, Paytm, Phone Pe, Google Pay, and UPI. The personal information necessary for the transaction is stored temporarily until the completion of the payment. Once, the amount is received your details are discarded. Although, it is advised that you read the privacy statement of facilities like Paytm, Phone Pe, Google Pay, and UPI for clarity before sharing the information at any website.

REFUND POLICY

Customers will receive a refund within two weeks following the cancellation of their order. 

DISCLOSURE POLICY

Fuel Nation ensures that your personal information remains private and in strict confidentiality unless disclosure is required by the law or in case you violate our policy.

CONSENT

During the processing of a transaction, arranging for delivery or when you are provided Fuel Nation with your personal information we understand your trust to Fuel Nation gathering the data and using it for that specific purpose only. In any other scenario, we will provide you with an opportunity to express your consent with a yes or no.
